Thank you kindly for your hospitality during our stay at your resort. I asked your staff at the front desk to convey our most sincere appreciation to you both and your staff.
 
I do travel a lot and normally I research Hotels on the Internet prior to staying at them and I am usually disappointed. On this occasion I have found your Resort to be all that is presented on your website and more. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was also excellent.
 
I have recommended your resort to the Air Niugini Marketing Department and the CEO. I am also recommending your resort to all my friends, expatriate and national that intend to visit Rabaul.
